Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Materials Variance Report:
- Analyze and report on the variance of materials (Input vs Output) for accurate financial tracking.
Inventory Management Reporting:
- Provide detailed reports on inventory management and ensure accurate tracking.
Costing Analysis:
- Accurately calculate Carriage Outwards Costing and Carriage Inwards Costing per liter.
Accounting Procedures:
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Oracle software, covering all expenses and transactions.
Inventory Counting:
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counting and ensure proper documentation.
Plant Performance Reporting:
- Track and report on plant performance, including efficiency, manpower costs, and wastage, based on established KPIs.
Banking Activities:
- Oversee banking activities and ensure smooth financial operations.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- MBA in Accounting or Finance
- CA (CC) or partly qualified in CA/CMA is mandatory.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the beverage or food (packaged) industries.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, particularly Oracle, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent reporting, documentation, and financial analysis skills.
