SDG Champion Prize 2025 won by Electro Mart group that manufactures Konka, Gree and Haiko electronics products in Bangladesh. The award was presented in Nepal. Dr. Rambhakta Thakur, former Ambassador and Election Commissioner of Nepal, along with Hon. Yankila Sherpa, former Tourism Minister and Member of the Provincial Assembly of Bagmati Province, and Bhagwati Chaudhary, former Minister of Women, Children and Senior Citizens of Nepal handed over the certificate and crest to Group Deputy Managing Director Md. Nurul Afser for his special contribution in achieving UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This award is given for special contribution to United Nations SDGs Target No. 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13 through manufacturing, marketing and after sales services of electronics products in Bangladesh. Electro Mart Group has been conducting every activity in Bangladesh to fight poverty, inequality, employment, climate and environmental protection and achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
