Mohammed Nurun Newaz, Chairman of Electro Mart Group, recently inaugurated a new sales and display center of the world-renowned electronics and home appliances brands KONKA, GREE and HAIKO at the commercially important Mohammadpur area of Dhaka city.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Managing Director Md. Nurul Amin, Deputy Managing Director Mohammed Nurussafa Babu, Director Mohammed Sazzed Un Newaz, Director Nurul Azim Sunny, GM (Sales & Marketing) Mahmudun Nabi Chowdhury, NSM – Retail Sales Md. Julhak Hossain of Electro Mart Ltd., along with a number of respectable and renowned businessmen from the locality.
The newly opened display center showcases a wide range of consumer electronics and home appliances. These include KONKA brand LED televisions, refrigerators and freezers, ceiling fans, washing machines, microwave ovens, blenders, juicers, irons, rice cookers and pressure cookers; GREE brand air conditioners, air coolers, air curtains, dehumidifiers and air purifiers; and HAIKO brand refrigerators and freezers.

Speaking at the event, Chairman Mohammed Nurun Newaz said that Electro Mart’s sales and display centers are committed to delivering world-class products along with interactive, caring customer service and strong after-sales support. He highlighted that GREE holds the number one position in the air conditioner market with a dominant market share, KONKA commands a significant portion of the global electronics market, and HAIKO has achieved more than 10 percent market share in Bangladesh’s electronics and home appliances sector.
He further stated that due to superior quality, advanced features, dependable after-sales service and reasonable pricing, KONKA, GREE and HAIKO products have become the first choice of consumers worldwide. He also mentioned that GREE recently achieved the Superbrands Award in Bangladesh for the second consecutive time.

Customers can purchase KONKA, GREE and HAIKO products from various Electro Mart display centers and authorized dealers through cash or convenient monthly installment facilities ranging from 3 to 18 months, supported by credit and debit cards of around 35 scheduled banks.
